Compact substation for radiator heating and drinking water systems, utilising a countercurrent heat exchanger made of stainless steel.

In standby mode a temperature regulated bypass guarantees available primary flow at the heat exchanger. Return temperature limiter fitted to control heating return temperature.

Central controller for hot water only operates as a pressure drop is detected when a hot tap is opened. Hot water temperature regulated by thermostat with immersion sensor.

Differential pressure controller with fixed DP fitted on the heating circuit. Water meter and Heat meter fitted. Strainer with fine mesh screen is also fitted on the heating circuit to protect the DP controller.

• Hot water flow rate 15 l/min (5/55 °C).
• Pressure drop 25 kPa. Max. working pressure 10 bar.
• Max. riser temperature 90 °C.
